RETURN POLICY:
SweeneyBrass Repair offers a 5 day trial period (from date of receipt) for all new and used instruments and accessories. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, we are happy to help! Simply email sweeneybrass@gmail.com or call Scott at 919-617-6340 within 5 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a 5% cleaning/restocking fee. Please note, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Instruments and accessories must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including all components and packaging. If items are damaged upon return, the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
